How long does setup take?
Most sites launch in 7–14 days. Once you send your logo, services, and details, we design, build, and share a preview fast—then we go live as soon as you approve and your domain is connected.
Do I own my website and domain?
Yes. Once the $750 build fee is paid, you own the website content and files created for your business. Your domain is registered in your name (you're the owner). If you ever cancel, we'll provide a one-time export/handoff within 7 days—or migrate it to your host for $100.
What's included in the monthly Care Plan?
Your Care Plan keeps the site hosted, secure, and improving. It includes hosting, monitoring, your monthly update tasks, and access to the Client Portal where you can see simple stats and lead tracking. Growth and Family also include SEO improvements and the AI Website Assistant.
How do website updates work (tasks)?
Each task is one request—like "add a new page," "swap photos," or "update the homepage text." Tasks don't roll over. Turnaround is typically 7 business days (Essentials), 4 (Growth), or 2 (Family).
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes—cancel anytime. Your plan stays active through your paid billing period. If you cancel, hosting and portal access end, and we'll help you take your site with you via a one-time export/handoff.
How does the AI Website Assistant work?
It's trained on your business info and answers common questions 24/7—then routes serious inquiries to your contact form so you don't miss leads.
